28 August 2010.......  Rebecca and Andrew at Rufford Abbey, and the weather has brightened up - hurray!

September 2010.......   A busy month with weddings all over the country, from Newcastle upon Tyne to Dulwich, and that's just in one weekend!

24  July 2010.......       Last minute (like yesterday) booking for a wedding at one of my favourite places, Thoresby. Lovely day, Thoresby looking great in the summer sunshine

23 September 2010.....     A re-booking from a couple of years ago.  It's for the Lincoln and South Lincolnshire Society of Chartered Accountants (catchy title) and is in a nice Hotel in Lincoln, the Charlotte House.

6/7 November 2010....    Looks like my colleague Mike Jacobs and I will be taking a stand at Burleigh's wedding fair.  Very posh!

17 September 2010.....    A Friday job for my mate Ron at Matfen Hall up near Newcastle upon Tyne.

3rd July 2010.......            Vijay and Charlotte tomorrow at the Leicester Marriot, and the sun is set to shine!

24-25 June 2010......      Just back from a couple of sweltering days on a photoshoot in London.  Great fun! Hopefully there will be something about it on my blog for this week.  www.classinacoat.typepad.com   Much of it was done in Regents Park which was drop dead gorgeous.

21st May 2011.........        A booking at the drop dead gorgeous Stapleford Park!  Looking forward to that one.


29th May............             Last minute wedding!  On Saturday I will be at the Sikh temple in Leamington and then the Sports Connexion in Coventry for the wedding of Sharan and Mitesh.  All happened with just a few days to go!
STOP PRESS!  What a great wedding.  It was for Sharan and Mitesh and it was a whole lot of new experiences.  There's much more about it on my blog.  www.classinacoat.typepad.com

3 May.................             Back to Sheffield!   This time I'm in my kilt

Off to Graves Park to compere  the Highland Fling!  This means a brilliant Highland Cattle show.  Third time I've done this and it's a hoot!
.........................  Just back.  It was brilliant!  Loads of people and some lovely cattle.

1 May.................              The wedding of Tamsin and Simon at Baldwin's Omega in Sheffield.  I was asked to Toastmaster at this wedding by Tamsin's father, Richard, who is also a Toastmaster.  I was really chuffed about this.  I suppose this makes me a Toastmaster's Toastmaster!

16 April.................           As a spin-off from the excellent Stapleford Wedding Show a couple of weeks ago I have a job with Sanjay Foods at the Nottingham Belfry

Sanjay Foods are a pretty prestigious catering company from Leicester who are launching their association with The Belfry tomorrow night and I'm going to be there!  Should be good.

27th March.............          Back to the lovely Thoresby Hall for my first job there since the end of last year.  Today is the wedding of Ian and Jill, and looking at their plans it is going to be a lovely relaxed day - and the weather's pretty good too!

10th March.............          NHS awards evening at the fabulous Athena in Leicester.

Used to be the old Odeon Cinema.  Art deco at its most flamboyant!  I love it and very Class In A Coat style.

13th February...........       Carlisle Castle.

Doing a job for my mate Alan Johns tonight in Carlisle Castle.  It's a fund raiser for Help for Heroes.  Alan is trying to raise money for a sponsored walk from Carlisle Castle to Aldershot Barracks to raise money forthis wonderful charity.   It's one of the charities I support - in fact it's the second fund-raiser for these I've been to in a week!  Should be a great night.

5th February..............     Civic dinner for Rushcliffe Borough Council at the Derek Randall Suite at Trent Bridge.

third time for this job - must be doing something right!


6th August 2010........... The wedding of Rebecca and Andrew at Barnsdale Hall
